“‘Nekotorie zamechanie po povodu ateisticheskoi literaturu poslednikh let” (some
remarks about atheist literature in recent years) and found a pattern of uncritical
repetition of earlier research that was originally scientifically shaky research. A copy
of the speech found its way into Reform Baptist hands, the authorities lending
credence to its significance by twice warning about this forgery in newspapers.
