Canada—Anna, married to Abraham Willems; Maria, married to H. Goertzen, and
Jacob Reimer. Aaron Reimers are living in Mexico. Four children are still
living in Russia. Katharina, the oldest is still single. Klaas Reimer and
his family, Agatha, married to Jacob Willems, and Gerhard Reimer, also married,
still reside in Russia.
Maria married Peter Dyck who died in 1887. Later, she married Abraham
Reimer. Their children all live here. Maria married Abraham Klassen, Anna
married Jacob Klassen, Katharina married Fred Riesen, Elizabeth married Henry
Voth and Peter married Maria Schmidt.
Elizabeth, married to Jacob Schmidt, died in the spring of 1887. Their
son, Jacob Schmidt, lives in Thomas County, Kansas. Elizabeth, married to
Johann Unruh lives here. Father Schmidt has passed away some years ago.
Margaretha married Daniel Knorad, a widower. She died in November of
1876, leaving two sons, Aaron Konrad who has passed on, and Abraham Konrad
who, with his family, still lives near the Kuban in Russia.
Katharina, married to John Lowen, moved with her family to Manitoba,
Canada, where Lowen has died, but she still resides there with her two daugh¬
ters. Katie is married to David Dalke and Maria to Abraham Duerksen.
Brother Johann married Aganetha Boese. He died in 1898 at the age of 42.
His family lives here. Aaron, married to Tina Bartel, and Katie, married to
Johann Frantz, are residing in Oklahoma. Anna, married to Peter Quiring,
Aganetha, married to Peter Frey; Heinrich, married to Susie Loewen; Will,
married to Lena Janzen; Maria, married to Peter Dyck, all have families.
A. W. Reimer married Maria Schroeder. Their children all live here.
Abraham is married to Katie Buller, Heinrich is married to Agatha Unrau,
Johann is married to Justina Enz, Maria is married to Jacob Loewen. Gustav
and Bernhard are not married. Aaron married Laura Ewert and is living in
Denver, Colorado. _
Simon Reimer, married to Anna Siemens, lives in Buhler, Kansas, wit
his family. Adolf is married to Lena Adrian, Johann is married to Liese
Willems, while Cornelius and Katharina are not yet married.
We see here that of the 9 members of the Reimer family three are sti 1
living; namely, Mrs. John Lowen, Simon Reimer and I. We see that our Heaven¬
ly Father has also led our family. We entrust ourselves to His guidance
knowing that in His care all will be well.
